Paintaylott.com is the result of the dream and ambition of self-taught artist and photographer Peter Aylott. Born in Winchester, Hampshire (UK) 1982, Peter Aylott graduated from Bournemouth University in BSc (Hons) Business Information Systems Management. He has been a professional artist and a photography enthusiast for 5 years with much of his work selling internationally.

His view of art is that it is an area subjected to a constant barrage of criticisms and appraisals. What one person loves another may hate. This is what makes the interaction between people and art unique. So what is art? Put simply, he believes art should “provoke feeling and emotion”.

I have always had a creative flair and a passion for producing original art-work and photographic prints. This site has provided the gateway to distribute my talent to a world audience.”

“I held my first exhibition in the summer of 2003, with much of my work selling internationally and the event remembered as a success. Moving forward, from April 11th 2005, I will be embarking on a 12 month around the world trip to expand my cultural awareness and bring back new and exciting artistic ideas. On my return, a new collection of original art-work is planned for 2006.
