In the officeA good working environment is a productive working environment. Art can play a crucial role in creating a sense of identity in general office areas, dealing rooms, corridors, restaurants and meeting rooms. Key Client AreasClients arriving at a building usually see only certain areas such as reception areas, lift lobbies, executive waiting areas, boardrooms, meeting rooms and private dining rooms. These areas provide ideal opportunities for art to reflect and reinforce the organisation's style and ethos. Public AreasArt in public areas has a strong impact not only on staff, but also on visitors and the community at large. It makes an important statement about your company, its ethos and style CommissioningCommissioning art can be one of the most exciting and enjoyable parts of a building project. Artist Peter Aylott, with a background degree in business, has extensive experience in managing art commissioning programmes, working with clients, architects, interior designers and other artists. Click Here to contact us with your specifications As well as original artworks, paintaylott offers a digital image sourcing service to make it easy for images to be introduced into layouts and designs. Major art commissions must be planned in good time to ensure that sites for art are identified and incorporated into the building programme, technical service issues are addressed, budgets are secured, and sufficient time is allowed for the artist(s) to design, make and install the works. Once locations for commissioned art have been agreed, artist Peter Aylott will directly guide your project team through the short-listing, briefing and selection stages. As well as enlisting the design expertise of other artists we also manage contracts between the selected agreed commissions and the client. Once a commission is under way, we continue to monitor progress to ensure that the artist meets timetable, budget, and technical requirements, and that the commission is completed and installed on time. |
