Terms & Conditions
Definitions
- "Normal Working Hours" means 9 am to 5 pm on a
Working Day.
- "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank
or other Public holidays.
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability
of the goods ordered, Paintaylott is entitled to refuse any
order placed
by you.
- You undertake that:
- all details you provide to us for the
purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web
site are correct, and
- the credit or debit card you use to
make a purchase from us is your own card or your company's
card, that you are
authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds
or credit facilities
to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from
us. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit
or
debit
card details before providing you with any goods or services.
- We
email you acknowledging receipt of your order stating
whether or not it is accepted. The receipt will be sent by
email,
fax, or hard copy in the post.
- Please note, Paintaylott may monitor inbound and
outbound calls and electronic traffic. For more information

Prices
- All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
- Goods are invoiced at
the price prevailing at time of order.
- Paintaylott reserves
the right to modify the prices from time to time or withdraw
works with no prior notice.
- Prices do not include delivery,
storage, insurance, or transport unless otherwise stated
- Prices
do not include frames unless otherwise stated.
Payment
- Payments are made using secure online payments
provided by PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for any errors
in processing transactions.
- Special arrangements can be made
to pay for goods by cheque, please contact
us with your requirements.
Delivery
- All delivery prices are quoted for UK destinations
only, please contact us for international delivery costs.
- Paintaylott
shall use reasonable endeavours to despatch goods by the
date agreed with the customer, but does not accept liability
for failure to deliver within the stated time where this
is
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays
caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times.
If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise
of
the delay. A customer shall be entitled
to cancel an order when advised of a delay if the revised delivery
date is not acceptable.
Returns
- Paintaylott is committed to providing our
customers with the highest quality products. However, on rare
occasions, products
may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer
the returns facilities described below.
- Paintaylott does not
sell goods on a trial basis
- You must first obtain authorisation
from Paintaylott before returning a product by contacting
us and state the reason for your return.
- Returned goods must be
in perfect re-saleable condition. Subject to verification
of returned goods Paintaylott will issue a
full refund
Errors and Omissions
- We cannot guarantee availability
of works of art displayed on our website. We will however do
our best to update the site regularly
and indicate when a work has been sold.
General
- We guarantee the authenticity of
all works of art displayed on our site.
- All of the paintings
are sold ready to hang, either framed or unframed. Current
frames vary in style depending on the
individual painting itself, but hopefully we have chosen frames that compliment
the paintings and should be acceptable to all tastes
and decors.
- We cannot guarantee that the screen image
exactly corresponds with the actual work of art due to variations
in replications
of screen settings.
- The works will be dispatched to
you when payment by cheque in full is received. The works
must be collected within
one month of acceptance of the offer.
- We retain title to the work until payment
has been received in full.
- The contract shall be governed
by English law both as to construction
and implementation and the English Courts shall
have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
